I absolutely love fall, the holidays and anything pumpkins!! I shared what our front porch looks like all finished last night on my Instagram so feel free to go get some inspiration there and if your in the Dallas area and need a pumpkin decorator, hit ya girl up! I’m pretty great at decorating/home decor and take my sweet ole time picking the perfect pumpkin pairings🎃 My Instagram is linked at the bottom as always but just in case, my handle is @lpiierrce
Let’s get to it! Dallas Halloween activities!!
#1 Haunted Car Wash at Kwik Car Wash & Auto in Grapevine, Texas!!
It’s called the Tunnel of Doom and they are open 7:30PM-11:00PM Friday-Sunday, tickets are $20 per vehicle and their address there is 3501 Grapevine Mills Blvd, Grapevine, TX 76051
I haven’t made my way over there yet mainly because I was waiting on this rain to pass before getting my car washed but I am definintely going this coming weekend! Once I heard about this on the radio station I listen to every morning while Ubering, I knew I had to go!! Although I’ll be honest, I’m not one for the traditional haunted house because I actually don’t like scary things, movies included. I think that has a lot to do with the HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) personality trait I learned I had late last year but I thought a Haunted Car Wash would be a neat little experience, a fun way to experience the fright of Halloween not in an open area and also getting my car washed in the process!!
#2 My New Favorite Pumpkin Patch!
Murphy Road Baptist Church in Murphy, TX just Northeast of Dallas
They have every kind of pumpkin you could possibly think of and it is very family friendly! So many photo op opportunities set up as well for the kiddos! They have beautiful Speckled Swan gourds, the typical winged gourds, “spooky pumpkins” which are just the small mini orange pumpkins, Cinderella pumpkins, all kinds of warty pumpkins, Heirloom pumpkins, mini Baby Boos (little mini white ones), mini Jack-Be-Littles (little mini orange ones), Jarrahdales (I like to think they’re kinda lumpy and they are kind of a light green color), they also have teeny tiny orange pumpkins, not like the mini Baby Boos or mini Jack-Be-Littles, they are just like the traditional orange pumpkins just super duper tiny. So many options with more than fair prices and such a great family outing too!

When and Where: Sat October 22nd from 10:00-11:00AM at Heritage Sands Volleyball Courts in Fort Worth & Sun October 23rd from 11:00AM-12:00PM at TUPPS Brewery in McKinney
I have been following Goat Yoga Dallas on Facebook for quite some time now and they do Goat Yoga events all over the Dallas metroplex! I think their event at TUPPS Brewery in McKinney this coming Sunday is a great idea because you can stay for drinks and brunch afterwards! They also have another special Halloween Costume Goat Yoga the day before Halloween!! It will be at Lockwood Distilling Company in Richardson from 10:00-11:00AM. Get your tickets fast! You can visit their linktr.ee where you can see their upcoming events and purchase tickets from there as well!
#4 Theory Uptown Halloween Friday Party
When: Friday October 28th from 10:00PM to Saturday October 29th at 2:00AM
When I used to go out clubbing all the time, Theory in Uptown was my favorite club to go to!! I’ve actually seen Wiz Khalifa perform there a while back! They are having a Halloween Party just three days before Halloween and costumes are strongly encouraged! They will also have the whole place decorated for Halloween and DJ Niro will be there for the night! RSVP list closes at 10:45PM and does not guarantee entry per the eventbrite website. It is a 21+ only venue!
#5 Doggie Halloween at The Stoneleigh Hotel in Dallas
When: Thursday October 27th from 5-7:30PM!
Dog Friendly Halloween fun with food and drinks plus a live DJ and a Pet Costume Contest! How fun is that?!! Proceeds from the event will benefit the SPCA of Texas, the tickets to enter your pet in the costume contest are $20 per person and those proceeds will be donated to the SPCA of Texas! Since miss grumpy old lady Khloe over here is not friendly with all dogs and mama can’t be walking much right now, we won’t be partaking in this one but I know there are so so many dog mamas and daddy’s that love to go on outings and adventures with their fur babies. Fun little event they are putting on that you can attend with your four legged baby, dress them up for a Halloween costume contest that also supports a local non-profit!
You can also head over and check out my 5 Self Care Tips for Fall blog post from last week right here, I will be doing loads of baking today!!
